Return Eligibility
- Product receive hone ke 7 din ke andar return request karni hogi
- Product unused, unwashed aur original condition me hona chahiye
- Original packaging aur tags intact hone chahiye
Non-Returnable Items
- Used ya damaged (customer side se) products
- Size ya color change requests (jab tak defect na ho)
Return Process
- Return request ke liye humse contact karein (phone/email)
- Approval ke baad return process initiate kiya jayega
- Product pickup ya return instructions share kiye jayenge
Refund Policy
- Refund tabhi process hoga jab product verify ho jayega
- Refund 5–7 working days me complete hota hai
- COD orders ka refund bank transfer ya UPI se diya jayega
Damaged or Wrong Product
Agar aapko damaged ya wrong product mila hai, to turant (24–48 hours ke andar) hume inform karein with proof (photo/video).
Cancellation
- Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai
- Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi hoga
